MDS COORDINATOR
The Colorado State Veterans Nursing Home is seeking a full-time MDS Coordinator. This position is responsible for the organization, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the MDS process. Successful candidate must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing, have at least one year of experience in geriatric/gerontological nursing and be MDS certified or in the process of receiving certification. Resident assessment and physical assessment skills required. MDS nurse must be fluent in the pathophysiology of common clinical problems and the standards of practice in the geriatric population. SPANISH PEAKS REGIONAL HEALTH CENTER – LPNs
The hospital and nursing home departments of SPRHC have a variety of shifts open for LPNs, full time, part time and PRN. Successful applicants must have graduated from an approved school of practical nursing and have a valid Colorado or compact state license. Some holidays and weekends work expected. Successful applicants must have graduated from an approved school of nursing and have a valid Colorado or compact state license.
