Family Clinic: We provide complete outpatient health care services to the families of the region and to visitors to our beautiful part of Colorado. Our friendly and talented staff offers 5 days a week appointments and a complete list of diagnostic and treatment services and programs of care. We are conveniently located just a few steps west of Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center (SPRHC) hospital with ample free parking just outside our front door.

Outreach Clinic: SPRHC is looked at as leader in creative and innovative programs. Nowhere is it more evident than at the Outreach offices. The Community Outreach Services programs are receiving state-wide recognition for providing a number of quality services. The renovation of a vintage building in the downtown area is the hub for these services. It has become the home for not only the Outreach and Women’s Services programs, but also houses Advocates Against Domestic Assault, Nurse Family Partnership (in conjunction with Pueblo Community Health Center), Sangre de Cristo Hospice, VoiceCare emergency response system, and Huerfano County Youth Services. Specialty Clinic: Spanish Peaks Hospital strives to meet the community needs and make access to care as convenient as possible. The facility provides specialty clinics at both the main hospital campus and at our Kansas Building. Schedules may vary, but the doctors want to serve you.
