Every room has a view. Facilities are modern and clean. Residents enjoy special quiet rooms located on many wings of the building. Like living rooms, these are places to socialize, read or just relax.

The outdoor environment is pleasant and comfortable. The mountain air is crisp and clean. Day time high

temperatures in summer reach the low 60s with high 80s in the fall and mid 50s in the winter.

• We are adjacent to the Medical Center - all our residents have immediate attention in case of emergencies.

• We offer one of the most economical daily rates, nationwide, for veterans.

• We offer semiprivate and private rooms for up to 120 people.

• All rooms offer contemporary architectural design, easily accessible bathrooms and showers and large windows.

• Our staff is available at all times to residents.

• Our indoor "Italian village" theme mall features various shops and activities. 

• Our elegant dining room overlooks the Rocky Mountains and Lathrop State Park.

• Other medical services incurred at private hospitals, clinics, etc.
• Hospital stays
• Lab or xray services

• Barber/beauty shop
